Ratings and reviews

Works okay when it works. When buying things with QR codes it works great. The app is strangely designed to be very sensitive to internet connection where the app will automatically close when there is no internet which can be quite annoying when trying to pay or do something on the go. So it in pretty much has a built in die mechanism coded into it. Quite unusual since it is owned by a telco, and when you compare it to competitors like DBS paylah which doesn't have this problem.

I've been trying to transfer the money in my wallet and it keeps failing. I've tried uninstalling and installing the app back but it's still unsuccessful. Transactions keep failing. What a trash app. Service fees for top up and transfers are ridiculously high as well.

Keeps crashing on my Samsung S22 Ultra. Cleared data, cleared cache, uninstalled, rebooted the phone, reinstalled and it won't launch. My phone has all the latest software updates installed. Edit: Singtel Dash customer service response rate is excellent. They requested that I reboot the phone again. After reboot, it prompted me to set language settings, I clicked on the button, left the settings at default and relaunched the app. Version 6.8.1 works now. Docked 1 star for app stability.
