Exceptionally poor app. If payment fails (with no reason given) the whole booking gets cancelled and you have to start over from the beginning. Really frustrating. I'll book another hotel instead there are plenty in the area. Sort it out Accor.

If I could I would give zero stars. The app and the website are a bad joke...it took me 45 min to finally get to a request form to submit to help center and it is not working on both the app and website. Try finding a help desk number...To change your last name you need to submit sensitive documents using website with certificate that cannot be verified (issued to some agent R3), but that's not an issue as website will not process your request anyway...

This app is good however the benefits are somewhat sugarcoated. For example the day I reached "Silver" membership..I was actually downgraded? Also I did not receive some of the other benefits. This is a good concept and a lot better than many booking apps, however, some of the services offered simply do not exist (eg. Dedicated customer care: is a FAQ page ?). Also, "a welcome drink" not that I mind...but why mention this as in my experience does not exist. The booking method is good though.
