Ratings and reviews

App has an incredibly annoying flaw making it about useless. It won't save your bank account information for future payments. Every time I want to use the app to make a payment, I have to enter my bank account and routing number....every, single, time. Is security that bad they don't trust the convenience of saving account information? This seriously needs to get fixed. It's an ongoing, highly annoying issue.

Just got charged $128 because apparently turning off the annoying drivewise notification spam also disables drivewise itself! Why??Drivewise is a background process. Notifications are FOR ME if I want to know what they're notifying ME of. No other app with background processes requires this. There's also no warning this will happen unless you go back into the app which I had no reason to do until I got my bill just now. Absolutely unacceptably bad design. Let me turn off drivewise notifications!

This app shows that I have used my phone while driving even though I don't touch it. In coming weather warnings that are sent out and disaster warnings sent out by the State of NC are all logged as phone usage even if I don't look at them until I stop. The app also runs logging trips for as much as 8 to 10 minutes after I've stopped. This also creates false phone usage. I personally would not use it if I didn't get a discount for it. It has never worked properly in the years I've been using it.
