Ratings and reviews

Love the x-ray. It's the best thing going for the app. The UI isn't bad either. The algorithm for recommendations is terrible. I see old movies in the top 10 for some reason. The video doesn't have playback speed options. The video pauses when you touch your notifications. Videos don't have skip intro, skip recap, and don't skip to the next video (or maybe it does but after credits... All I know is I'm not waiting to find out). For a big company, they have a lot lacking.

The content is decent, but the app itself seems to get less and less easy to use. It used to be possible to say 'just show me movies included with Prime's, but now they force you to try to weed through buy/rent films, films with commercials, films that need special additional packages, and more. The smart television version of the app is even worse now.

This app works as advertised. I get annoyed by some of the GUI eccentricities. An example is it will revert me to a previous season and I have to go back to the season I'm on and it remembers progress with the episodes but it keeps going back to the old season when I enter the video player. But it's an easy fix and I enjoy the app
