Ratings and reviews

The app was inconsistent, at times when it's open it is just a dark screen. Search isn't as elastic as it should be. It feels like results are only available if we enter exact matches. Had the experience of using it in an older phone for a while too. It's exceptionally slow where Spotify performance exceptionally well in the same device utilizing same hardware. It seems like a new device is a must for the use of this app.

+ Amazon music has superior sound to any other streaming service. That is the only positive this app has. I thought I had a problem with my phone until I read the other reviews. For no known reason, sometimes it won't play music but has no problem playing podcasts. Sometimes it just cuts out. Sometimes it's really glitchy. Sometimes searches result in nothing and certain songs aren't available. The primary function of a paid streaming music service is to play music and this app doesn't stand up

I wish I could give more stars but I can't. At first, it worked quite well and no issues. Did not last long before problems happened. Clicking on songs/podcasts and they wont play or takes forever before it registers you clicked on it. Major lagging and loading out of no where. Having to uninstall and reinstall again to get working for a bit before it happens again. Happens more and more now. Family of 5 with different devices. Will be unsubscribing and won't recommend.
