You download an entire album for example. Yet it doesn't actually want to find, or play, without trying to use the Internet first even when WiFi is bad when abroad. Should be able to just find and play downloaded stuff quickly and easily because, you know, it's already on your phone. Going back to my previous music provider once the free trial ends even though it's more expensive monthly Also, downloaded music expires. When you find this out on a plane, 11 days after downloading it, that's bad

Car Mode doesn't keep the screen active. Yes, the settings are correct. I can uninstall and reinstall and it will work great once or twice, then it stops. You can't keep anything organized. It shows "recent" playlists but for some reason thinks my Christmas playlist has been recently played in July. The only reason I use this instead of something else is that it is $1 cheaper than Spotify and has my favorite podcasts ad-free.

What is wrong with your UI!? You guys try to fix bugs, you fix one thing and ruin another. I've been using this since app since 4 years now and it has just gotten worse, no better. Please don't make me switch to Spotify. I'm literally not able to add songs to "my music" now. There is no side bar, I have to swipe up till s if I wanna listen to a song starting with s. The UI can be improved to a great extent. You guys don't have songs by the arctic monkeys.
