Used to like this app. Now it's a nuisance. It is designed to push Amazon Unlimited down your throat. This app won't refresh no matter how many times you tell it to do so. Purchased music doesn't automatically download anymore, even if it set to do so. The app is unuseable anymore. Every option asks if you want Amazon Unlimited. No I don't want Amazon Unlimited! I want this app to work well like it used to! No change after 6 years.

I currently like the app. I have the unlimited version, so that very much could be why. I don't know the current state of the price, I just pay it. but I will say that it's nice. no ads, you can pick and choose songs whenever. I didn't know that if you don't pay it's like Spotify, where you can't pick songs. the whole reason I chose this app, was for that stupid issue. I can't even play some songs, like "sail" and it just tells me to contact support. what us support going to do? nothing.

The app constantly crashes and the shuffle starts playing the same songs over again. Also, audiobooks and podcasts should not b options before songs. Hate having to scroll over to find all my songs when that is the first option u should have. The increase in annual price does not just the performance of the app. There should be a price decrease.
