I've been using this apps for 4 years now, and I contained myself not to write this review, but now is the time. The media player is awful and WILL NOT work multiple times a week if you use it for hours per day like me. It will literally do nothing when clicking on a song, not even a loading. This bug is SO FRUSTRATING. Also some music become randomly unavailable for "explicit issues" I think, like how??? Don't use this

WALMART INTERNET SERVICE (Love the ability to listen with no internet.) That was my review when I first downloaded Amazon Music. now all I get is sketchy glitchy service, locked out of my music most of the time, and always get reset filters when I try on or off line listening. I have recently canceled my unlimited subscription and will not renew unless things clear up greatly. I've had glitches with this to the point of extreme irritation for at least the past 6 months. Not a good experience.

Mixed feelings - the app has several bugs but I was able to transfer majority of my playlists from other services allowing me to temporarily test out what's the app is capable of which is in much in comparison to the other products that are offered. The app is extremely buggy, and doesn't transfer all songs to the appropriate playlist, across all platforms that is. Like I can see my correct light songs on a web browser but a large portion of them seems to disappear on the app.. from 3000 to 400.
