I constantly have playback errors that interrupt my music, and I often have to reload my playlist. The "play similar music" function is severely limited compared to my last music service. Overall, the music is not as easy to navigate through and find, especially for playlists. All of the personalized playlists seem to focus on the last music so much that I end up listening to a limited variety to the point that I seem to only listen to a few different songs over and over.

It plays music... its ux is super inefficient, and poorly optimized. Even if you download music, you still need an internet connection to play or even see it. Thanks for the free trial of unlimited, but definitely won't be paying for the experience once the trial runs out. Shame that. Edit: the ap doesn't even load properly with an internet connection. Trash.

I'm trying to listen to podcasts on Amazon Music, but they cut out all the time. ALL THE TIME. If I open another app, I have to stop and switch back to the Amazon Music screen. I've cleared the cache so many times, ensured I have the latest version, force stopped and rebooted over and over. I've selected the highest quality stream and download settings. Nothing works. I listen to A LOT of podcasts and wanted third to work out but this app is terrible.
