I used to love this app for its versatility that allowed you to download music to your phone so you can still listen to music with no need for internet connection. You could curate playlists from what was just downloaded on your device. Now everything has to be done online and all the app will do is tell me it is "Syncing music" and never move on. I have forced close the app, un-installed and re-installed it but nothing seems to work. This app has gone from my favorite to the trash heap!!

Whatever you guys did recently need to be undone. All of a sudden songs are missing from one of my carefully created favorite playlists I made, the songs are missing! Why the heck are you forcing "likes" on songs? I've used those to create a liked playlist. Just because I have a song in my library, doesn't mean I want to put it on a pedestal. This is not the first time songs have disappeared. Paying extra for my music subscription is enough that I shouldn't have these hastles.

There is no cast button. All the online forums have exactly the same advice: "Can't replicate your issue. Forced stop, re-open the app and then cast using the button". There is no cast button. There is no option in settings to connect to a device. My apps are all up to date, and on the same wifi. Useless to listen to music except through headphones. Useless tech support. Another "quality" amazon product.
