The app is horrible and has been since I left my first review 2 years ago. I'm paying this card off and I will be getting rid of it, and the horrible app. It will take DAYS to even open so I can pay, if it opens at all. For the amount customers spend, you could at least provide a functional app. You will be losing this customer. Plenty of other cards want their customers to pay their bill, so they actually provide apps that... ya know, open (and actually work). And yes, it is up to date.

From the reviews (which I read too late!) It looks like no one monitors the reviews nor offers any response to consumers' feedback. I won't say much, but for future applyers, there are much better cards with better benefits than this one out there. I have been having issues from the app, annual fee, to customer service over the past month. I've only had this card (physically) for 1 day. Be aware that the annual fee is 125 if you get 500 or more limit (roulette.)

I've had this card for 1 year and a half at the beginning everything was fine after they offered me a credit line increase but wanted to charge me almost $30 which was the first red flag for me. Today they closed my account because I didn't accept the new terms for a maintenance fee of $60. I got this credit card in the first place because it had no annual fee so now they want to charge a maintenance fee when their already charging for interest, I'm very disappointed with Aspire credit card.
