I didn't install the app because the card is a fraud. I got applied and approved for a card that they said they sent out on July 31st. I still have never received my card and today I receive a bill for my annual services. which is really interesting since I've never had access to any services whatsoever. I just called them and canceled everything and told them not to bother. it's really sad when you're trying to get your credit back on track and fraudulent people like this prey on you

I'm writing this because when I first got approved I read some of the reviews here and got a little nervous. In reality, the process has been incredibly smooth. I was approved for $700, a $175 annual fee was billed to the card to the card which was expected which leaves me with $525 in credit. I received my card 1 week after applying, and it works fine. No complaints here.

WORST CREDIT CARD COMPANY EVER! First of all, congrats to everyone who's had a positive experience with this company, but as for my experience, regretful, very regretful. Had been approved by applying thru Credit Karma in July. Everything was fine until I missed 1 payment. Yeah, 1 payment and now my account has been closed. Never late, paid it off once, and just for 1 missed payment adios. Now, my credit took a negative hit, and there's nothing I can do about it. Besides cust. ser. is no help.
