Never been as frustrated with any company like this.. I can only imagine how little you must care about the customers. Asking for me to sign in, but the device has no number so I can't create an account without a number, ask to speak to a human, I have to be signed in for that is what the "service bot" told me. bought the phone, $40 prepaid card, and 2 sim cards. I assumed I was going to be using the phone the next day, months later, no at&t help at all, using TEXT NOW,

Requested online for phone to be unlocked. Told to use the app. App DOES NOT WORK, therefore can't make the request. Request now denied because I didn't confirm it in the app THAT DOES NOT WORK. This is ridiculous! Using the chat now doesn't work, conveniently doesn't load. Calling is pointless. I would rate this app and ATT zero stars if that were an option. Thanks for nothing and the headache of my wasted time ATT. :/

Very frustrated I've been a customer for at least 10 years and purchased many prepaid devices along the way. I've never been able to access any account info without a headache the only thing worse than at&T's account management is Uscellular in its entirety. I've had enough I'm going to give my money to someone else. I wish you all luck I hope it goes better for you than it has for me.
