Usually your app works fine but I cannot get my data information. And yes I did all of the troubleshooting allowed, not going to unplug my Internet air anymore because my internet is working fine on all of my devices, it's not showing my data use and it's been like this for hours. Something must be wrong on your end. Tired of troubleshooting. Please fix the app. Thank you!

The app is unable to prioritize my computer I'm using. Also, this app does allow to add downtime to you don't want use up your data. Or doesn't allow for deleting all these unknown devices that are no longer in use. This app is truly painful and dysfunctional! Please do better, there is nothing smart about this app! I need the following to work prioritize devices, adding downtime and staying in downtime for the full duration of time scheduled and deleting unknown unused devices.

9/15/25 update--the aforementioned problems still exist! --This app is good, but so inconsistent. The fingerprint access stopped working a long time ago. Despite it being enabled, it still asks for my password. My main reason for use is to alert me when unknown devices join my network. But since the last update, it is alerting me when my own saved devices join the network. I have them saved to profiles, so it should not be alerting. This is very annoying.
