Worst AT&T app ever. Worked great before update. Now won't work at all. Like others said, temporary password (I have tried using temp passwords numerous times) NEVER WORKS!!!!! WTH pay enough for plan, you would think they could afford to pay someone enough to produce working apps. 😠
Can't get past the setup stage. I enter the number and the password and it tells me one of the other is not working. I can call my voicemail just fine but this app doesn't work at all. It's total crap.
I've used this app for years and suddenly there are "server errors". I was notified of 5 voicemail messages at 1AM this morning for messages received yesterday at 7 AM. I chose AT&T for THIS service. Please address this concern asap. Update: 03/28/17 - so this kind of got better until this morning when I was notified of 4 messages at 4 AM this morning that came in the last 4 days. Not sure what's going on again.
Same complaint as other users. This app does not work with my new S8. Previous version worked well but no longer available or not compatible for the S8.
I can't log in! I upgraded phones from LG G3 to LG V20 when my LG G3's CPU fried and I now can't log in and see my messages. This is very disappointing!😕
Why would you release a broke app AT&T? Can't even get past the set up. Says invalid pin. My voicemail works perfectly fine....bring back visual voicemail.
