Functional, but incredibly poorly designed on the back-end. Devs should be utilizing modern android standards of requesting precise permissions only if and when they are needed. Contacts are unnecessary, and phone should be too (just have it pass tel link through to phone app). And forcing background services even when it was denied in app is ridiculous. Just say message notifications may be delayed and accept the user's will. *I keep for minutes then uninstall.*

Well, it takes at least a few minutes for the number to show up in the app when a voicemail is left. It takes days for the actual voicemail to show up. I was able to hear voicemails from 4 days ago today. When you touch a voicemail in the app it gives an error that the server cannot be reached, when there is an internet connection. I started just calling my voicemail box today, because the app is useless. I tried reinstalling the app 3 times.

It helps to read the app description. which says: [This app is for AT&T landline voicemail, not mobile phone voicemail.] That is why many can't get it to accept pin, etc. the visual voicemail that came with my note9 only shows a list of callers, but no voice to text. you can play the message, but I want to read it. so, now I need an app for my mobile phone that does voice to text. Suggestion to developer... put landline in the name to avoid confusion.
