For just 3-5 minutes at the beginning of your shift or when returning from a break or lunch, you can walk through short, personalized training sessions with the LiFT: Leveling Up Individuals mobile app.

The LiFT: Leveling Up Individuals app allows learners to:
- Complete personalized daily training, play games, and earn rewards
- Quickly find job aids and resources needed to perform job duties
- View a personal report card that shows your achievements and knowledge growth over time

The LiFT: Leveling Up Individuals app allows administrators and managers to:
- See actionable insights on associate knowledge and behaviors at the company, team, or individual level
- Log associate behavior and workplace physical inspections that will then automatically trigger additional training for associates
- Complete their own personal daily training

crazy scoring I being confused why my scores keep changing. I did get scores everyday I check and do the task and the next time I check it my scores get lower. I reached the 2555 and so on and just after couples of day it became 1765. I don't know what is the purpose of changing my score I just decided not to do it no more.

Please make an update so I can change my user photo from time to time. Thank you. When I try ti change it, I get an error message, and a ton of code if I click the details button.

I do not like using my legal name or having it displayed. Could there please be a way to change my displayed name to the one people recognize me by? The name that I actually go by?
