For just 3-5 minutes at the beginning of your shift or when returning from a break or lunch, you can walk through short, personalized training sessions with the LiFT: Leveling Up Individuals mobile app.

The LiFT: Leveling Up Individuals app allows learners to:
- Complete personalized daily training, play games, and earn rewards
- Quickly find job aids and resources needed to perform job duties
- View a personal report card that shows your achievements and knowledge growth over time

The LiFT: Leveling Up Individuals app allows administrators and managers to:
- See actionable insights on associate knowledge and behaviors at the company, team, or individual level
- Log associate behavior and workplace physical inspections that will then automatically trigger additional training for associates
- Complete their own personal daily training

Ratings and reviews

Still really uncomfortable with having my legal first name displayed to EVERYONE on the leader board, instead of my actual name. I don't want to use the app if it is showing all of my coworkers that. That is my private information. Please let me change what name is used!

It's a great app for workplace, but I don't know why everyday's questions' answers are different, like even I answered the questions correctly, system still marked them wrong, I hope this bug can be fixed soon

you guys need to fix your app I keep getting problems I'm frustrated with the app
