Ratings and reviews

The app, works, restaurant selection is on par with other apps. Customer support for ongoing orders is pretty much inexistant, they don't answer fast enough. I would expect to be able to get support for an order that is currently being prepared or delivered before the order is finished.- 2 stars for slow customer support, since as a platform that is what they should focus on.

Out of all the food apps, Bolt by far has the best deals and discounts etc.. but the price you pay is that there is always some sort of issue with your order. Either the food takes ages to arrive; the food is all messed up when it arrives or food items are forgotten and you spend extra time trying to sort out the admin of this. Customer service is also terrible when mistakes are made. If these issues can be resolved it would be 5 stars, but I've had this experience too many times with them.

Mostly ok, but support is terrible. The reason for the 2 stars is the issue with cancelling. Basically it doesn't matter what happens, restaurant cannot cancel an order and client cannot cancel, and support is always late in answering and say they cannot cancel either or help with the issue in amy way. Happened to me 2 times. Simply ridiculous.
