The service is generally good. We use it a lot. But it's still lacking some important features, like a favorites list, and an option to add a tip (like your biggest competitor, Wolt). Two consistent problemd Bolt refuses to fix (and the reason for the 2-star rating) is couriers making other deliveries while carrying your food, and couriers accepting jobs from really far away, adding a bunch of time to your delivery. That stuff shouldn't be allowed.

There's no support! They mention it everywhere in the "help" section and it's nowhere to be found. Like what is the actual heck with you? I get delivered botched food and I complain about it in the review and they specifically ask to go to support section, but it's not there! There are a lot of good things to be said about the app, with shiny interface and all, but get the basic functionality first, and add the bells and whistles later. This is how it's done in any proper development environment

Giving it a 3 star because I've had ny fair share of good experiences with the app but I've had times where the drivers come to the location but then they don't deliver, even when the instructions state that the driver should meet me at the reception. It's irritating because you lose money and time; and when you try to call the courier, they won't be reachable, even the bolt agents fail to contact them because the phone will be off.
