About this app

EASY ACCESS TO EVERYTHING
Get quick access to the key features on your products, like the auto-off timer, volume control and battery readings. And it’s the easiest way to manage multiple Bluetooth connections. But that’s just the beginning.

SHARE THE MUSIC
MUSIC SHARE lets you listen together. Now two pairs of Bose® wireless headphones can share the experience - listen together, at the same time, while one of you DJ’s. New PARTY MODE lets you sync two SoundLink® speakers for double the audio…ideal for listening in two different places, and new STEREO MODE immerses you in music by separating the sound into Left and Right channels across two paired speakers for that amazing stereo experience.

GET THE MOST OUT OF YOUR HEADPHONES
CONTROLLABLE NOISE CANCELLATION on our QC®30 headphones lets you decide how much of the world to let in by adjusting the level of noise cancellation right in the app. And the built-in HEART RATE MONITOR for our SoundSport® Pulse headphones displays your heart rate clearly in the app.

AND SO MUCH MORE
From viewing product details to personalizing settings, get the most out of your Bose wireless products. It even downloads the latest software in the background and only installs it when you’re ready. See how our simple app can make all the difference.

I use this app occasionally with my Bose QC35 and hate it to the core. It must have been developed by a bunch of ametures. When I open the app while using the headphones the app doesn't even check if the device is already connected to the phone and says "oops, something went wrong". It cannot even transfer the firmware updates in the background. You need to open the app and keep the phone unlocked until it slowly(very slowly) transfers the firmware. If you move away or lock the screen, the transfer stops. Amazing... isn't it..? I am surprised a reputed company like Bose have such a poorly designed app...!!!

Updates taking an unacceptable amount of time. So far it's taken 4 hours to try and update one of my SoundLink speakers. The update keeps dropping and restarting, then dropping again. The update still hasn't completed. It's not my WiFi as that is working OK. I have uninstalled the app and reinstalled it but no difference. I have two speakers. One is slightly older, but the newer one needs updating. Also struggling to get them both to work in party/stereo mode.

I recently upgraded to a Pixel 6a phone and had massive difficulties connecting to my Bose QC35 II Headpones. It turns out that this app was the only way to get it done. As my headphones no longer allow pairing (or clearing previously connected devices) by sliding the power button to the right, I found out that this can also be done from within this app. Luckily, I still had another paired device working, which allowed me access to the app and to pairing options. Great app, glitchy hardware.
