It's a bad app. I make a deposit about once a month. The app is almost no usable. Once logged in, nothing works. Then after 5-10 seconds, the app closes on its own and I try again. Been sitting here for a half hour trying to open the deposit and it's crashed at leat three dozen times. Restarted Device, cleared cache, etc. It's killing the battery too. Doesn't work

Worst app I've ever used. I am unable to do anything but set up direct deposit. I can't access my account settings. I can't check my transactions. The get help button doesn't even work. **update** I tried the site and it doesn't work. It flashes the log in screen and then goes to a white blank page. I shouldn't have to use the site if there is an app anyway but even the site didn't work. Horrible experience with GREENDOT.

I've had greendot for years and never had issue. All of a sudden I see fraudulent charges on my account. I called up and because its pending they can't do anything about it. I have to wait until the transaction goes through to dispute it could say pending for a week. Funny how the charge was for the exact amount that was in my account. Now a real company that cared about customers would refund the amount back to the customer. So I have no money, and they are losing a loyal customer. Stay away!!!
