I dont really have problems with the app like other people do. I like it I dont have a checking account so this is the way I pay my bills and I havent had any problems. Also if you keep money on it for a year and pay the crazy amount in fees you get most of the money back at the end of the year so it cost $20 in fees not including the money for loading each time.

I love my card. I'm super happy with the options they give you like adding money by taking a pic of a check, running to the nearest GD location & adding money, & I love they don't charge the fee when I'm able to add enough to my card per month. It's made paying my bills a breeze! I've saved so much money in fees from being able to use my card. Online shopping is made easy & I've not had any unexpected fees. I've used them for yrs & I'm still happy Keep up the great work!!Thanks!!

I have had green dot for almost a year now. It was going good. But not anymore. Just got the new unlimited cash back card. This new update causes lots of problems. They also have poor customer service. The app it says click to remember device so you can skip the 2 step verification process. I did that and still have to go through the 2 step verification process. It says you can deposit cash by the mobile app and not have to pay a fee. I tried that yesterday September 7, 2019 and it did not work.
