This honestly feels like a scam. First, it doesn't show all the toll bills right away. Some will show up around a week later, and not when I actually went through the toll that same day. Also, the tolls always seem to be inconsistent and out of order. How does 35 - 8 turn into $18 something dollars left in my account?? where did the other $8 something dollars go? It also doesn't help that you don't know how much a toll is until days later, and it feels like I'm being charged more money.

I don't understand what is going on. The fees are all over the place making it impossible to understand how much is actually being used or my prepaid balance, because the dates & amounts deposited are grossly out of order & not posting when actually used or added...& as it stands- I feel like I'm putting enormous amounts of money to cover the low balances which make no sense & I think you are robbing me!! Have to call or get a real time statement. This is not cool NJEzpass!!!

The app is supposed to make it easy to track spending and add funds to my account. As of right now the app is not giving accurate balance information, making it hard to know when to add funds, which can lead to violations. Also the app always gives an issue when adding funds if I dont use a specific type of card. it will say there was a problem. so inconvenient!!
