OneCard Credit Card is offered by FPL Technologies in partnership with South Indian Bank (SIB), Federal Bank, BoB Financial, CSB Bank, Indian Bank and the FD-backed credit card with SBM (State Bank of Mauritius). The interest rates will be determined as per your credit profile and our risk assessment.

Onecard is easy to use on online and offline purchases. I am disappointed with the fact that there is no live customer support and chat AI is irritating and not helpful. It failed to explain hidden charges. They have lot of hidden charges at repayment like processing fee, sgst, cgst, Emi fees etc. which is not explained at the time of making purchases. Total amount to pay back is higher than the one emi agreed with merchant. Specially when i opted for no cost emi offer and i see interest charge.

3rd class... If you want to give offers then give directly why we need to open app and select stores and activate offers everytime? Such faltu idea and unwanted steps. The app is also waste everytime it loads doesn't operate smoothly. Searching offers is big task and waste of time. The provide direct offers, we just need to go to store and swipe the card and offers automatically applies. Otherwise it's a 3rd class app and 3rd class service...

Stylish, but Unreliable I recently acquired a flashy card primarily for its aesthetic appeal, intending it as a status symbol rather than a functional payment method. However, my experience has been consistently disappointing, as the card's transactions are met with continuous declines. It seems more adept at drawing attention than facilitating actual payments. If you're seeking a card purely for show, this might fit the bill, but don't expect it to serve any practical purpose.
