Ratings and reviews

When you enter the machine # it states, "invalid machine," when you call you can only have issues during normal business hours, and when you submit through the other application it states, "Processing," but cannot be traced by the callers or by the online verification. I have lost almost $10 since 3/4, and now a family of 3 tried to dry their clothes, and the dryer is still not drying efficiently like one of the heating elements went out.

This company is not backed by the BBB. Entering machine number and scanning number brings back invalid machine when trying to report a issue but if you scan the machine to PAY, it will take your money. Don't bother filing a complaint online or calling the number because this company will say they are going to send you a check for the couple bucks you lost but you will never get the refund. Apartment complexes using this scam company should be completely avoided.

What a joke. We have 4 dryers on site. I washed a load and was going to use the last working dryer. I inserted the 2.00$ and only then noticed that it didn't register any of the quarters. Meaning it stayed at 2.00$. I tried 1 more quarter, still nothing. I filed for a refund. They denied it saying that there was nothing wrong with any machine. The biggest lie hands down. We had ZERO working dryers and 1 washer wasn't working 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬
