I frequently get emails & notifications that I need to check my app for secure messages. I immediately check my security messages, but for the last 2-3 months I always get a message that "the secure messages server is down. Try again later." I now have 4 messages in my inbox that I cannot read. My prescription has cancelled several times because of this. Other app functions also crash due to "high traffic" from other users (i.e. my prescriptions disappear and an error states "high traffic").

The app bumps me over to my system permissions at least once every time I use it. I won't want to activate location, fingerprint, any of that. I want my refill sent to the address I entered in manually, using a password that I save in my phone. That's it. Any feature that a user is repeatedly pressured to use after declining is not a feature. It's a flaw and an annoyance.

We're sorry for the inconvenience. This problem has been fixed in the last release, 2.25. You should only see system permission requests in limited circumstances where it is clearly needed.

Just installed this app after reading all of these 1-Star Reviews. I'm guessing these folks may be using a password manager (Like LastPass or having the login/password information auto-filled) because I experienced the same initial problem; the username and password were 100% correct, but the app thinks otherwise. I fixed the issue simply by removing the auto-filled password, then immediately pasting it from my phone's clipboard. Naturally, manually inputting the password will work, too.
