I have had no problems for many years using the app. but for the last couple of months, on a regular basis, the app does not let me log in. lasts for more than a day. It has caused many problems, like could I not transfer funds between account and had to pay 45$ fees...twice. impossible to deposit checks...not very professional as an app right now. it has become very important for many people. This should not happen.

Login only via debit card number (cannot choose a username), need a second app to access investments, cannot set alerts for deposits/withdrawals, it takes days to get a refund when Desjardins makes a mistake, barely any perks even with the most expensive chequing account, schedule transfers often late by a few days, bad customer service, takes customers for granted...

Not able to log in keeps on loading non stop been few days !! Happened few weeks ago as well lasted few days !!. Updates !!: worked for 2 days now again samething brings to the 3rd in less then one month!! once again after an update stopped working again its becoming annoying i lost count now how many times this app started bugging the only reply working on it but its been over a month now !! and once fix you guys do an update and mess it up again!!

Hello, we are sorry for the inconvenience. The login problem is intermittent. Rest assured they will fix it as quick as possible. In the meantime, you may log in on the website through your mobile browser, which works well. Make sure you update the app when available (we are now at 10.3.1). Have a good one - Rose
