WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE! Their support is a joke and definitely not actually support. This used to be a great company, but it's garbage now. Garbage that doesn't help you with any issues, even with something as simple as a billing statement or even billing invoice number for things you have paid. They charge you inaccurately (more than stated) and when you ask why its showing as more on your end, they just claim that the breakdown they typed is true and if asked for proof, just end chat or hangup

5/8/2026- ETA: Latest update is absolutely horrible. Too slow and is taking forever. Also, why can't we use our data for this instead of WiFi? The app has been working ok for awhile now but then yesterday all of a sudden it's lagging and now it's not updating data properly. I enjoy the app in general, it's helpful for saving on monthly bill costs. But it's also frustrating when the app isn't updating properly. Cell phone service is good at least, data gets eaten up fast if you aren't careful.

I've been with Boost for the better part of a decade. They don't care about that though. They finally start to offer payment extensions (FOR $10 per line, that you need to be approved for). If someone is struggling to pay their little $50 phone bill and needs an extension, what makes anyone at this company think that person even has THAT? If they can't pay their bill they have no money. God forbid they look out for their customers let alone LONG TERM customers. I think it's time for a switch!
