The app allows you to keep track of payments. As far as the bonus points, it stopped the option to save month on Log In and Spin the Wheel feature. So, now I can't add savings to my bill. Updated (4/21/23) you only get 5 points for login and spin, but it stops adding points at 438 no matter how many times I log in or spin, the amount doesnt go up. Why bother adding that feature if you don't want to honor it, Boost?

The app rarely works. I'll be working towards a seven day streak in order to get the bonus when the app stops working and I end up losing out. It's made it much more difficult to get anything more than $2.00 off my bill. Add to the fact that Boost Mobile reliability and customer service has rapidly declined in the last few years. I have been with Boost 10 years but lately have seriously considered switching. I can't justify what I've been paying for subpar service.

They say you can earn money off your phone bill but they don't tell you that this app uses more of your data than it pays for. Extremely slow to open everytime. Tons of buffering and it closes out often so you have to sign in again. All the while you are being charged data. This app is frustrating and just a scam. They can tell you in a second how much you owe them but you get the buffering circle for anything else. The videos are a huge rip off. You rarely get a chance to even watch 7 videos.
