very few options for filtering. I can only filter after food type, but not after price range, delivery type, delivery time, etc. I expect filtering to be a part of an app like this, it's not tricky to code/apply, it's commonly done and it would greatly improve user satisfaction.

I have mixed feeling about the app. The app itself is easy to navigate and to find restaurants available nearby. However, it is annoying that they charge around 10 francs more per item when ordering and they charge delivery fees on top of that. If you order more than certain amount, there is "no" delivery fees, but service fee instead. So I think it's very costly to use this app and I think it is very expensive. Therefore, I will pick up my food by myself next time.

I hate this app. It's without alternatives, so I still use it, but sometimes I send the order to the wrong address, sometimes it sends the order to my current location (even though I'm on my way home), it's seriously annoying. That alongside the ripoff fee you charge the restaurants for. You do literally nothing, it's just server costs and some development, but you charge so much money from the people who actually prepare and deliver the dishes, it's disgusting. Also the in-app chat is ignored.
