very few options for filtering. I can only filter after food type, but not after price range, delivery type, delivery time, etc. I expect filtering to be a part of an app like this, it's not tricky to code/apply, it's commonly done and it would greatly improve user satisfaction.

Greedy. They don't allow you to change or cancel your order once it's placed. The order was accidentally placed for the wrong address and Just Eat refused to help in any way; their support chatbot is useless. I called the restaurant immediately after to cancel it in order to NOT WASTE FOOD but they said Just Eat doesn't let them do that. Even Uber Eats let's you change/cancel orders. Shows you how far behind this company is on the market and how far they're willing to go to take your money.

Terribly poor customer service!! Totally useless AI "support" that is totally clueless and just keeps on repeating itself with useless information. Unbelievablely bad.
