very few options for filtering. I can only filter after food type, but not after price range, delivery type, delivery time, etc. I expect filtering to be a part of an app like this, it's not tricky to code/apply, it's commonly done and it would greatly improve user satisfaction.

I do not recommend it, it took 30 mins for the restaurant only to start preparing the order, the virtual assistant kept saying that they are trying to find a courier without a possibility to cancel. Uber eats is much more reliable.

no easy way to communicate about issues in orders. "chat bot" is there now only to remind me that nobody will listen to me outside of business hours, no email.and the email I actually found (yes, had to search for any!) leaves me unresponded for a long time now. I'm not ordering through the app anymore.
