Ratings and reviews

very few options for filtering. I can only filter after food type, but not after price range, delivery type, delivery time, etc. I expect filtering to be a part of an app like this, it's not tricky to code/apply, it's commonly done and it would greatly improve user satisfaction.

Very slow and complicated to receive a refund for a damaged delivery. Two weeks later and 5 emails to support (with complete details provided), and still waiting for it, and their chatbot is completely useless in my case. Their support team is silent since a few days also, so not very impressed with the experience so far. Will try GLOVO instead to check if their service is more serious and willing to help.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. Don't download it, there's only trouble with it. Especially in smaller places they have not enough delivery drivers but they still let you order your food. Then you wait forever with no updates, you can't cancel the order or contact anyone from Just Eat. Customer service is non existent. Never had any troubles with Uber Eats and that's where I will order from now on, Just Eat gets deleted straight away.
