Ratings and reviews

I rent with enterprise each time I travel. I like the app. It's very easy and user friendly to set my reservations. However I'd give 5 stars if it would let me apply my points toward the rental instead of auto applying the dollar amount. I still cannot figure that out and would welcome all the help I can get applying my points.

Using the app made things so much easier! I had to rent a car to drive south for my dad's funeral. The day b4 I was to pick it up they changed the date of it so I pulled up my reservation on the app and changed the dates and it was so simple! Done in seconds! TY Enterprise for your continued excellent service, selection of cars, and ease of renting a car and making it easy to make changes without a hassle or being charged extra to do so!

This app needs a few kinks worked out. While making a reservation I found a fair price for a 3day rental. Had to add a extra day because that branch is closed on Sundays. Not a problem because the price was right. Soon as I clicked book now the app message reads; Oops error and goes back to the reservation page. I made the same reservation, time and date and the prices went up $64 higher within 3min . Not only that, the 1st reservation I tried to book $64 cheaper for the same days wasn't saved.
