usually it's great, never had many issues until recently. the last few weeks/month or so, whenever I attempt to order on the app, the cart portion won't let order. Just has a loading sign saying "loading your order" yet it never loads. I've tried updating, deleting and redownloading the app, logging out/back in, etc. the issue continues unfortunately.

Not reliable. Some app features like rewards and offers dont always load. Also the code to collect points doesnt always provide the actual numbers (only the QRcode icon shows) needed at drive thru. The amount of points and offers I have missed out on. I have tried uninstall and reinstall and still the same issue. My phone is a new Android. This unreliability is why I prefer to use competitors apps that actual work when I want to use it.

I have my App settings set the same as other local Restaurants ,and I don't have any issues getting a code on them. I am unable to get a digital code from Burger Kings app even after multiple tries of reinstalling. Our local stores scanner has not worked since this location opened,I am unable to use this app at all. I have emailed BK multiple times regarding this matter.
