I went to go there and use the app and I pulled up an offer that they had advertised and when I wanted to redeem it in the restaurant, no QR code showed up or a 6-digit number. Everything showed up but that. And I'm not the only one who has this problem. My friend pulled it up on their app and it didn't work as well. It's been like this for weeks now and no fixing of the app

its definitely a 5 star for me. they have their bad moments, but everyone does. the food is amazing, personally a good price, the staff is almost always kind and loving to customers, they gladly admit to their faults and help make your order complete when they do mess up. a great selection of styles for burgers, many sides and an impressive soft drink selection. I might be a little biased here as its always been a favorite, but its honestly one of the best fast food places ive ordered from.

The app is very poorly designed in UI/UX. Many of the menus and sub-menus open behind your current menu making the app very difficult to navigate. Finally, when placing an order I was required to log into an account. When trying to make an account, with multiple different email addresses, I was always told I already had an account, dispite this being the first time I used the app. Trying to contact support was even more challenging, with an automated system with none of the options being helpful
