I went to go there and use the app and I pulled up an offer that they had advertised and when I wanted to redeem it in the restaurant, no QR code showed up or a 6-digit number. Everything showed up but that. And I'm not the only one who has this problem. My friend pulled it up on their app and it didn't work as well. It's been like this for weeks now and no fixing of the app

I cannot customize how I want the coffee, not to mention it tastes awful. The order stated that I needed to check in with a team member (i.e. the staffs), but all three staffs just ignored me and chitchat with each other, while I have been standing there for 5 mins. The service is terrible, and the app is totally user unfriendly. I don't recommend it.

Three major issues with this app. First, you can't add multiples of the same item at the same time. So if you want to order 5 cheeseburgers, you have to go through the process of adding 1 burger, five times. Super annoying and a waste of my time. My second issue is with the Whopper Wednesday offer. If I walk into a BK on a Wednesday I can order as many whopper combos as I want at the discounted price, on the app I can only buy one. Lastly, combos in the offer section can't be fully customized.
