Charged me for my order, but the store has no record of it. Do not use this app until they've worked out all the bugs & who knows when that will be. The app would say that the transaction was declined or my card information was wrong, but it turns out that it was in fact right because they charged me but never sent the information to the store in order for me 2 pick up my order which caused me 2 have to borrow money becuase the app took the last of my money. It's the next day and it's gone still

I went to go there and use the app and I pulled up an offer that they had advertised and when I wanted to redeem it in the restaurant, no QR code showed up or a 6-digit number. Everything showed up but that. And I'm not the only one who has this problem. My friend pulled it up on their app and it didn't work as well. It's been like this for weeks now and no fixing of the app

So very broken. Tried to place an order a couple weeks ago and got an error message that there was a problem and they were aware of it. It took the money from my account then sent me an email that my order had been cancelled. Money was refunded about a week later. Today I figured it should be fixed by now and tried to place an order. Same. Exact. Thing. So now I guess I just wait another week to get my money back because after two weeks they still haven't fixed an issue that they are 'aware of'
