Absolute Worst App Rollout Ever. There was zero preparation or notice for installing this app ahead of time. Everyone just shows up at the gym expecting to scan and walk in and we were all forced to stand in line to scan a barcode. Zero staff training involved, no e-mails were sent, just showed up to the gym and the waiting lines were out of the door. Not enough staff and the staff was not even prepared well to handle it. The app totally sucks too. Complete downgrade. Thanks EOS.

Horrible app! I signed up at a location I don't use anymore. The app won't me update the current default location. Signing up for group fitness classes is a joke. The app constantly sends notifications about my class. It sends a countdown and if you don't press a button in that time frame, it doesn't allow you to register fot the class and the amount of members determines whether they keep the classes or not. What a mess! I need to uninstall this annoying app and manually do it

Terrible experience since they switched to this new app. When I try to register, it says my account is already linked to someone else and completely blocks my access. I opened a support ticket on their website and waited over two weeks without receiving a single reply. I then went to the gym in person and spent over an hour with the managers, but none of them could fix the system error; their only 'solution' was giving me a plastic barcode tag for my keychain. To this day, I still have no access
