It's a nice app because it gives you the capability to control your window AC from anywhere. However, shortcuts are broken. Whenever I try to set an energy saver shortcut, it still sets the AC to cool, defeating the purpose of the shortcut entirely. I hope they can fix that. Because then it could be a four or a five-star app if they did.

EDIT: Resolved the issue with the account. The user interface could be better, because it feels a bit slow to respond to some of the user interactions, and the design appears to be rushed, especially in the settings menu. Some of the error messages during the sign up and sign in process could be more descriptive. Other than that, it is an okay app, and does what it suppose to do.

I'm not able to control much from the app. I can't restart the dryer from my phone, which I was hoping to do. Tech support couldn't help. You can "remote start" from your phone, but you have to physically set it up first on the machine. It's just easier to use delay start instead of having to remember to start it from my phone. For these reasons, I dont use the app. The one nice feature is that the app allows it to connect up to Alexa, which notifies me when a cycle completes.
