Notifications are delayed, if you are using this to know when your laundry is almost done. It is a useful app if you want to do software updates on your machine and enable new functions (like pet wash). I would like to be able to delay start from the application and be able to choose the cycle and the settings within that cycle like I can on the machine. With it being a smart machine with a smart app, it would be great to have more functionality at your fingertips.

We want to help with the delayed notifications. Tap the three horizontal lines on the top left of the app, you will see a Sign Out option at the bottom. Update: This app is still an annoyance. It regularly stops sending notifications, and it seems to only want to update the appliances when they are already in use. These types of apps should automatically update during off hours. Original Review: It's one of those "smart" apps that takes you in endless circles just to get logged in. I'm already annoyed, and it hasn't even been of use yet.

I have a GE Cafe refrigerator connected to this app. It literally does nothing. They took Geneva away, so can't ask Alexa to get information about the unit. Like I was able to do. There is no Alexa integration anymore. If you are looking for a connected device and an app that works. Don't choose this one!
