About this app

This is your convenient tool to help simplify, add control and reach your vehicle’s full potential. Stay in touch and in command — whether you’re in your vehicle or out. Access helpful features like remote commands right on your home screen and even check the estimated fuel level or charge status of your electric vehicle.

Start by logging in with your Buick Account or OnStar username and password. Services are not available everywhere, and feature availability and functionality may vary by country. The myBuick mobile app* is supported on Android 9 and above and is only available in North America.

Remote Commands**
Your key fob is conveniently located on your home screen. You can lock and unlock your doors or warm up your car on a cold morning.

Vehicle Status*** / Schedule Service
Check your vehicle’s status to monitor fuel level, oil life, tire pressure and more, making it easy for you to stay on top of your vehicle’s health and schedule service with your participating Dealer without leaving the app.

The app used to allow a 4 digit PIN but after an update, it no longer does. I have to login using the full username and password. This is so inconvenient! Also having problems with location alerts after every update, sometimes not related to an update. The location alerts just stop working. I have to delete all locations, restart my phone, then enter them again. I've had to do this 5 or 6 times in the last 2 months. So frustrating!

Hi, Karen. We’ve removed PIN entry in the most-recent release. Biometric sign-in can now be used as the primary log in method. If you opt to not enable this method, a manual password can be entered each time. Fuel level, oil life, and tire pressure info are illegible. Numbers are cut off, and you can't view the whole thing, resulting in inaccurate readings. Can't remember the last time these were actually correctly visible. I've updated the app, Un-installed & and re-installed, but no luck with a fix. Hopefully this will be corrected soon.

The app will not take the password and save it. You have to enter it in two to three times. It says itd not connected to the internet so I can't start the app. I shouldn't have to be connected to wifi to get my app on my phone. It's 020222 and the app crashes all the time. I have had to Uninstall and reinstall twice since the last comment. It doesn't let the auto populate password set. You can't tell if it connects. It says I'll get an alert when my car starts or shuts off and I don't.
