The developers of this app are not intelligent. Ever heard of CLS? It stands for cumulative layout shift. This app is awful because when it opens, the start vehicle button, which is the only reason why I use this app, moves down within a few seconds, after the picture of my car appears. And thanks for removing the send address to vehicle nav 2 years ago—forcing me to use the abysmally slow and awful voice recognition in the car. I'm so thrilled to pay you money each month to remove app features!

I am thankful for this app. You must have at least a data connect OnStar plan to use this. The app does tend to change on me. For a long time there was a picture of my car, even the correct color. I liked the picture. The picture disappeared and I don't know why. I used to be able to hold down the icon and choose a function, like start or lock, but this disappeared, and I don't know why. Overall good, and useful, but also features come and go. I recommend getting this app and OnStar!

Old app worked fine. Had the option to use biometrics to sign in. automatic log out after a certain time. Able to update app and always started my car. This app stays signed in. Will not update. Will not start car even if I am standing right next to car. Have to sign out and sign back in. Involving having to go to email for a "code" which need to be copied and pasted. I have been on the phone with customer service regularly after installation of this app Never had to call with old app.
