Ratings and reviews

The app is really terrible at showing live video. I'm in public preview and all it does is show a blurry video trying to load for a few minutes, or it'll show a blank video and you have to scroll between cameras to show the actual live video clearly. It's a great app idea to have everything centralized, but execution has been terrible. The Nest app never did that. Please fix the app, it's very frustrating to have an app that doesn't work as intended.

this keeps happening every couple months, but Home suddenly loses all ability to correctly play any of my Spotify playlists 😒 regardless of reinstalling, restarting, resyncing the home app itself, the speaker, and Spotify, it continues to choose similarly named (but not identical!) playlists or songs, even after trying some very specific playlist names. it's extremely frustrating to start any of my routines and get completely random music instead of my curated playlists.

Horrific. Tried to setup a TV in the app it would never detect it because I had added it before and it never got added to a room so then it never shows in the UI. OH BUT IT WAS THERE. If I went back to rooms and tried to select a device it then showed up. Now I can't get my overpriced TV to just show some simple photos from Google photos in ambient mode. I've tried literally everything from the support articles. The fact that you can't even get Google apps/devices talking is just sad sad sad....
