Update.. I already wrote to community. No help. It seems to be working poorly with recent updates. When I tell the assistant to add items to a list, it says it does it, even shows in the pop-up screen on android that it is on the list but doesn't actually save it to my list. Also when I tell it to read messages when driving sometimes the volume is decreased to basically silenced and even adjusting with volume buttons won't fix. Also no longer can use "repeat that".

What happened? It used to be great, I mean I used to use it daily for my everyday tasks. Now I find it difficult to use, especially when it keeps popping up during my movie or TV streams. I can't seem to turn it off when I want, like when I have my ear buds in it automatically will pop up because I accidentally tap one of my ear buds *ANNOYING*! Please make it easy for me to uninstall or disable completely. At least get off my ear buds!??!! Gemini app review also 1 star review, not worth it. 👎

It was working perfectly every day... Now, after a recent update, (when it changed from the 3 colored dots to the colored bar), the app crashes everytime I push the button. An app that's completely broken is useless. Update: it's gotten worse, it doesn't even activate now, no matter what I do. Reinstalling didn't help. The article didn't help. The Community forum ignored me. I need Assistant to set medication alarms, and now I can't do that!! Update: Assistant crashes when I try to send feedback
