This phone is great but ever since I updated to 10, I've been having weird random issues with the phone. It won't let me take pictures past 20% of my battery (it just shuts off), I can only see the bottom half of my battery label on the lock screen, and sometimes when I unlock my phone the home screen with my apps never shows up (I can see the background sometimes but nothing will happen if I tap the screen). There's other issued too but I'm not recalling many more.

My problem was solved with the help of Google support right after I downloaded this app. It was so distressing when my phone and tablet went down. This was a time consuming ordeal and very hard to explain what was happening to both devices. If you don't have this support app, please, please download it first if you run into a complex problem such as I did, and keep it for if and when you do! Happy New Year!

Disappointed twice from Google Play Pass. I was wrongfully charged twice for $4.99 to subscribe, however, I'm 81 yrs old and don't subscribe to apps that cost $. I couldn't get live customer service. After 2 1/2 hours I was able to get a place to go to to cancel the two different charges, about several months apart, however. They still charged me the $4.99 though it was only 2 days from getting billed, but Google canceled after the 1st month's charges. WOW $10.00 me and millions more????
