Ratings and reviews

Every time I get a picture it gives me an automatic pop up to suggest a reaction emoji which covers up any message that was sent with the picture. They added two icons into the typing box for pictures and stickers which are both redundant with the plus icon that they already have to the left of the box. Plus there's an icon to the right for sending a voice recording. None of it can be turned off so it's a cluttered mess which makes you accidentally tap the wrong thing when trying to reply.

I can't receive or send text messages, videos, or pictures. this has been happening for 2 days now. very frustrating I can't get things from loved ones and vice versa. are you going to Fox the issues soon or do I have to continue calling or using another app to text loved ones? I have cleared the cache and restarted my phone 3 times. I've uninstalled and reinstalled. I have some everything possible. but nothing works.

Idk what has happened in the last 2 months but every update has the app terrible! I can no longer search a word in my messages. I can't send pictures. I can't send gifs. It doesn't even send if I switch to sms. ALSO I have the option turned on to automatically SWITCH from rcs to sms if messages can't go through. and you know what?...THAT DOESNT WORK EITHER! Fix it google!
