Ratings and reviews

Simply waste like gpay. Won't work properly. Amount won't settle on time. The support team is useless won't solve any issue. Then there is specialist team to help which am not sure if it's there. They will simply close the escalation tickets without any solution. You have to contact them everytime for getting the response "Please wait few more days our specilist team is working on it". [Update] Even after these many years, they are maintaining to keep the 1 Star. Kudos to the team.

Dear Team Google Pay for Business, I would like to request an important update for the business application. Currently, it is very difficult to track and tally payments collected by each staff member separately. To calculate individual collections, we have to rely on screenshots, transaction IDs, and manual checking, which is time-consuming and inefficient. I kindly request you to introduce a feature where the proprietor can clearly see staff-wise collections in the dashboard/wallet. Thanks

They are unable to provide instant settlement and have an only option to settle on next day... While other upi apps give instant settlements. The problem is when I receive a sum of amount I can't use it instantly. I should wait for the next day to use my own money. Wow........
