using from long time but now days these garbage apps showing their real faces to we small merchants . They're frequently showing risky payment to customer when we don't have any complaint yet . they keep on hold received money from customer for 2-3 days and then release. I've stopped working this app. Edit - Your support team is useless , they know nothing and always keep telling we understand and noted feedback.

Google Pay for Business is a technically excellent app, but its customer support is a major letdown. It took four months and countless attempts to complete my video verification to increase my transaction limit. I also ordered a soundpod which was never delivered. But luckily, I found a Gpay for business agent outside my shop who installed one for me, which is working great. The app's seamless operation is undermined by this utterly useless and frustrating customer service.

The app and overall service are good. The only reason I am giving 1 star is because of the misconduct by your sales executive. Your sales executive misinformed and lied about the SoundPod charges just to complete their sales target. I was clearly told that the SoundPod was completely free, with no setup fees and no monthly rental. However, later I was charged ₹249 as setup fees and ₹125 every month as rental charges, which was never disclosed earlier & there is no refund for that
