Customer Support is real bad. it's been months i am trying to get a new sound pod as the previous subscription has been over, have submitted my documents and done the kyc,yet there is no update. the app shows someone will come down to verify the documents. As of now it's been weeks over weeks, no one's here. I guess they are walking over to my store rather than journeying.

While most of the features are good, I don't like the constant pestering notifications about features & asking for more and more details about self and shop. If you turn them off in notifications, you still receive them in emails. And one of the most important ones I recently found out after the above mentioned frustration, there is no account deletion option, at least not a straightforward one. You have to put in a request via calling and that we all very well know how it goes...

My Google Pay SoundPod has been faulty for the last 10 months. I have contacted customer support 7–8 times, but despite repeated complaints, I have received no proper response and the SoundPod has still not been replaced. I am very disappointed with the after-sales service. Waiting for 10 months for a replacement is completely unacceptable. Google Pay payments work well, but the customer support for SoundPod needs serious improvement. Please look into my issue and replace my faulty SoundPod soon
