Ratings and reviews

I have a very mixed reaction to this but the thing is that this is Now, even though it's easy to use, it would be better if the interface was a little better, and it should be shown through graphs.If it can be seen there how many payments are still pending, it seems that the money that has not yet been received is in processing, it should be shown through a clock, something like animation should be added.

While most of the features are good, I don't like the constant pestering notifications about features & asking for more and more details about self and shop. If you turn them off in notifications, you still receive them in emails. And one of the most important ones I recently found out after the above mentioned frustration, there is no account deletion option, at least not a straightforward one. You have to put in a request via calling and that we all very well know how it goes...

Very buggy app. Workflows related to KYC are not resilient to handle unhappy flows. No support or resolution provided when highlighted. Doesn't recognise e-PAN card though it is a valid govt document. Even with physical Pan Card, fails repeatedly to identify details. Even when it does, KYC is still showing as failed. No way to restart KYC process or identify what the problem is or rectify it. Cannot depend on this app. Shifting back to our bank app instead.
