Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24-hours before the end of the current period. Account will be charged for renewal within 24-hours prior to the end of the current period.

Subscriptions may be managed by the user and auto-renewal may be turned off by going to the user's Account Settings on the device.

Ratings and reviews

It's got a lot of bugs even on android. I can't believe how bad it is. It now pauses each time I clock out of the app or lock screen. Still has lots of bugs. Just connected a remote to control the TV and it randomly changed the channel for me. Idiots. Break the experience because you don't understand the flow of the program or how we use it. Why are we paying nearly 80$ per month?! Quality isn't as bad anymore but some recordings still look soft. Would be nice if it just worked.

Update: 8 months later and it's still happening, even after upgrading to a brand new phone! Original: For several months I've found as others have that the audio plays but the video is just black. I keep reopening the channel but it doesn't help and I swipe away multiple instances of the small viewer at the bottom. Bug has been around forever on my households Samsung phones.

Update: In the app, I turned of the notifications for recommendations of programs & products but, it automatically turns them back on, when you leave and check back. Google isn't giving us the right to avoid personalization on this app and now I don't trust it Android period. Time to look into Apple. Autopplay is turned off yet some shows which previously played the next episode for binge watching, now go to a completely different program.
