Not sure if it's the latest update or not, but ever since I switched phones this app has been so glitchy. It's constantly closing my emails as I'm in the middle of typing them, and if I'm lucky enough where it keeps a "draft", it's almost always blank or just the first letter. It sometimes happens two, three, four+ times trying to write just one email! And no, neither the app nor my brand new phone need updates or more space.

Gmail used to be a very reliable e-mail service. The best feature was, if interrupted, it saves the email as a draft! The downtick is that attachments are limited to 25 MB, which is obsolete considering the huge increase in the size of digital images and videos. The incessant app updates sometimes take away vital features cause older versions to no longer function normally or to suddenly "crash" by either freezing ot jumping off the screen leaving you suddenly staring at your phone's home app dr

GOOGLE! get it together. I have not been receiving email notifications for at least a week now. I have to open the app and then my messages will come in. I have been through every setting and article there is. NOTHING is fixing it! This leads me to conclude that is a problem on your end because other people are experiencing this issue as well and your articles are not fixing the problem!
