Okay, this is one of my very favorite apps. The premium is so totally worth it, The pictures that come up with the songs are beautiful, they have all kinds of music styles from techno to country...utube music is one awesome app. Ok, some time has passed and now I'm feeling differently about YouTube music. Something happened to my primary account and I couldn't figure out what exactly. Google one couldn't help me which I paid for and no one could help me. I lost all my playlists, downloads.

Smooth UI, a large music collection. I really wish it'd remember your shuffle and replay selection instead of resetting every time you select a song. Also shuffle has a tendency to replay the same songs which is a bit annoying. (i have over 1000 songs so it's not the amount that's the issue) Lyrics look great and are accurate. As much as I hate YouTube shorts, I do like the "heard in YouTube shorts" tab, since sometimes your really just want that song that's viral on those platforms.

The app has improved a lot over the years. It's my go-to music app now, and I dig the new features. The discovery thing is dope, especially when I'm not sure what to listen to. It's cool that your YouTube playlists sync with YouTube Music, so you can jam to your tunes on both apps. And the music/video toggle is sick, you can watch music videos right in the app. The sound quality is decent, but I wish they had lossless audio playback and 16/24-bit high fidelity audio streaming and download.
