Ratings and reviews

Good app. Some issues with it. Constantly running into the censored version of songs. They should have the option to filter through similar versions of the song you don't have liked with the explicit versions of the same song. The download option is wacky when saving some. Needs to work on the algorithm for new songs. I end up running back into songs I have playlisted when I'm trying to look for no songs.

Could you make it more confusing to find content? My Mix moves around constantly. I listen to a podcast and then next time I open it, my music is gone. I open a podcast to look at the episodes and when I back out it resets me back to the beginning of the list. I don't want one app for music and podcasts. I want two - one for each that do their job well. But who am I to assume we could have that when Google is obsessed with killing one good app to make two terrible ones.

This app isn't built for podcasts. Ever since they shut down Google podcasts, I've been forced to give yt music a fair try. There's features that I love for music but hate for podcasts like dynamic queue, and no easy way to set different settings for types of shows. The app keeps forgetting the shows I've listened, and I can't toggle listened either. If I want to listen to music, now I need to throw away my podcast queue list to set up a music one. App is good for music, bad for podcasts.
