Ratings and reviews

Why does the YouTube app keep crashing every time I want to edit a comment? It lags, then freezes, and then my only option is to completely close the app, restart, and then try to edit again. I can barely get one word typed before it starts lagging all over again. It takes 5 or 6 tries just to edit 1 or 2 words. So annoying :( This has been going on for a week. There's no updates being offered, so my app is current. Y'all have been around way too long for this to be an issue. Get it together.

This app developed a problem on the last couple updates. When you touch the screen the controls come up over the video and don't disappear after a few seconds like they used to. Or be able to just tap the screen and they disappear, They will stay on screen until you hit the X at the top right. Pretty inconvenient to have play controls that refuse to leave your screen.

Ads are frequently uncomfortably loud, and they should match the volume of the underlying video for which they play (though this is a problem with YouTube generally, not just the app). Someone updated the video settings menu, finally making it a *good* UI, which I am very pleased about. The app still crashes from time to time, but much less frequently than it used to, and it is definitely more stable now.
