Ratings and reviews

Terrible UI changes in the new update. Clear evidence of a design team with nothing useful to work on, looking for solutions to problems no one had. Added a "play something" button which plays a random video on the home page. Who asked for this? If I want to watch a video, I'll tap that video. They made it so that rotation lock utterly breaks the Fullscreen mode, such that it plays landscape-oriented videos in portrait, with giant borders. Who asked for this? If it ain't broke don't fix it.

Enshittification at its finest. Stop "fixing" nonexistent issues and adding unnecessary features. I do not enjoy having to sift through the irrelevant "recommendations" that have nothing to do with what I am searching for. The same goes for constantly being prompted to connect to a wireless display or the video quality tanking regardless of how good my connection is.

All the movies/shows are busted - they're a wierd sideshow instead of a video and no amount of internet connection, updating, refreshing, etc will work. Regular videos are fine, and ads. Boo Also - the recent update for mobile that changed how the rewind/play/fast forward overlay works sucks, it was better when it disappeared after a few sec on its own, tapping an X makes me feel like it will close the window or smth. Annoying. Also, I don't like how the algorithm messes up creators. It's sad.
