App is seriously deficient. Doesn't make it easy to navigate. Phone numbers and addresses aren't clickable. Can't see current reservation just new reservations. It is an improvement over the last version, but completely unhelpful to travelers like me. i rent everywhere and every week, and can't ever use this app. They really should be talking to their president circle members like me to learn what we need.

Overall a very good and useful app. It lags a bit, showing a blank screen for a few seconds while loading, and some of the text was overlapping at times. Would like to be able to compare prices of pickup at different locations side by side, but even online you can't get that. Prefer this app to online. Easy to use.

Got to the last step of the booking and received an error to enter my phone number (number already shown in online profile) but was taken to a page that does not include a place to enter my number. Finally found it on the subsequent booking step. Then my credit card was out of date but the app does not allow entering of payment info. So I updated my profile on the web page, but the app still showed the old card. Quit and restarted, same thing. Finally cleared the app data and it worked, but of course at that point I had to go through the entire reservation again. Overall not a convenient experience.
