Bloody impossible to set up a profile. I would rather chop off my fingers 1 by 1 than have to try and use hertz 24/7 again. I sat by the van for 45 minutes to then be told that I can't attempt again for a few months after 6 phone calls to someone who seemed helpful but actually had no clue what they were doing.

Adding a payment method is over complicated!! asks you to verify in your banking app, do that then come back to carry on with Hertz booking but you then have to re add your card again. Can't carry on from where you left off

Easy process when booking. We use Hertz 24/7 every time we need a van, and we have never had an issue. We would highly recommend it.
