Been using this app for many years with multiple units in the same building (9 thermostats). The app has been consistently reliable, but with some quirks. There is a several minute lag time if someone manually changes the thermostat on the wall to see the change on the app, but it's consistent, so you learn how to live with it. There's also maybe a 30 second lag between changing the controls on the app for the unit on the wall to respond. Just bought another one today to put in another building.

It serves the purpose, but it still can be jicky to deal with. I had a nightmare after enabling energy saving mode and was unable to bypass it. It turned me off to it. I rarely use it now after I set my schedule because I don't like it's temperament, but improvements are noticeable and it has been convenient at times. Keep up thr good work!

The app is very user friendly and convenient to have remote access when away from home. The schedule is very complete and easy to change individual days and periods. The only con is that sometimes (1-2X /week) it states that the app isn't working and that my previous request to change the temp was not received.
