With the new mobile application for your Direct Express® Debit MasterCard® card, you can manage your money conveniently and securely from your mobile device. The mobile application is free to download for the cardholders whose card number starts with 511563.

Please Note: If your card begins with 533248 DO NOT download this app. Please look in the app store for the same mobile app logo with a short description stating that the app is for cards which start with the numbers 533248.

Direct Express cardholders will be able to do much more with this new mobile application on the go, including:

● Account(s) Management – Activate & check your card balance, manage your or your Benefit Recipient’s funds, Review Transactions, Set Alerts, Download monthly statements and much more.
● Login securely using Biometrics
● Manage Alerts – Set Alerts to track activity and improve the security of your card
● Go Paperless – Download your monthly account statements online
● ATM Locator– Find ATMs and cash back locations nearby

I've used this for over 2 yrs now usually with no problems. I always have alerts set up to text me everytime the card is used and for every deposit. The past few months the alerts aren't working. Which DE says it's a glitch in their system. It's been at least 3 or 4 months now and I still have no alerts. I've tried changing them in the app but still nothing. How long does it take to fix this! Ready to go with a regular bank acct.

Doesn't show pending deposits most of the time. App and updates are too large. Other than that it's still nice to have when ever I need my balance instead of having to go through the automated process. Much quicker. Same 4 stars because i had to order another card and did it from the app it didn't give me a time frame of how long it would take to get my new card or even if it's in the way. Updated review.. Apparently, someone was paying attention to the reviews and and worked on some bugs. Cool

This app is absolutely horrible! Nothing seems to work! I couldnt change my pin number and it keeps freezing and showing error for everything! Its useless, I cant even contact customer service for help with any of these issues because its typing its own letters instead of mine, its just terrible! I hope they fix this soon. The other app for directexpress with numbers starting with 5332 is awesome! Its shows my pending deposit 4 days early, I have zero issues with it, I prefer it much more!
