They allow transactions on dead cards to go through and then take the money from your account and active card to pay stuff that wasn't authorized. And they're the ones who killed the original card. Yup, makes sense to me... All the while not allowing recurring monthly (utility bills etc.) to go through that have been going every month and are actually authorized.

The worst card ever, when you make a transaction, it takes out more and put it back later,on every transaction. Plus you have to change your sign in log on, not password when something goes wrong. Also if you trying to transfer money,it picks and chooses the amount that you can transfer and sometimes it won't allow you to make any transfers. Beware of this card. If you're recieving Benefits on this card,I strongly recommend that you find or use another card right away.

It was rough at first with DE always putting blocks on my card and it was a hassle to get it off, always having to send ID picture, even if I had to put the block on myself because of lost my card or someone had taken it. By the time I got my ID to them the person with the card could have drained my account because I didn't get my ID to DE quick enough. But, lots better now and easier to use app.
