It's delivery, it's going to cost more, I get it. But it costs so much more that unless you have money to spare, it's not feasible for a regular thing. If items are missing from your bag, you will get credits back (notice it's not refunded) but to reorder the missing items, you still have to pay the service fee and delivery, so you end up paying more just to get the items that you already paid for.

You pay express for delivery in 2 hours... And they reschedule 4 times for tell you at 10 pm that the delivery is for tomorrow before 12pm... Simply brilliant.... ..Teresa are you working for who ? istacart.. so you are asking me to tell again to istacart.. simply is the confirm of what I wrote.

Slow app and expensive. I don't want to support amazon, but the prices here are daylight robbery. Then the service fee and delivery fee? The prices are already 20% higher than the store. If it was only 20% more + tip it would be fine but this just gets me.
